| |
* Kidney disease
|
|
| |
* Alcohol or drug addition
|
|
| |
* Eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia, etc.)
|
|
| |
Pheochromocytoma (a usually benign tumor of the adrenal medulla or the sympathetic nervous system in which the affected cells secrete increased amounts of epinephrine or norepinephrine).

|
| |
* Allergies to sibutramine or any of the other ingredients in Reductil.
|
|
| |
* Cardiovascular disease i.e. history of heart attack, stroke, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia (irregular heart beat), congestive heart failure, agina (chest pain), transient ischemic attacks (TIAs).
|
|
| |
* Epilepsy (any of various neurological disorders characterized by sudden recurring attacks of motor, sensory, or psychic malfunction with or without loss of consciousness or convulsive seizures).
|
|
| |
* Tourettes syndrome (which causes uncontrolled movements and noises).
|
|
| |
* Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breast feeding.
|
|
| |
* Hypertension (high blood pressure) individuals with uncontrolled or poorly
controlled high blood pressure. Reductil can substantially increase blood pressure in some patients.
